Tuesday, December 1st, 2020The United States Patent and Trademark Office will be setting and adjusting certain trademark and TTAB fees effective Jan. 2, 2021, and it will be the first this has happened in nearly three years. The fee changes and additions will allow the USPTO to continue to keep up with the costs of the Trademark Office’s and the TTAB’s workload projections for fiscal 2021.
